About Me
I'm an ICF-certified coach who has been walking alongside women since 2019 as they move through betrayal trauma, burnout, emotional disconnection, and the quiet unraveling of their boundaries.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed practice, professional training, and personal experience that has shaped how I show up for others. I am currently deepening my specialization in partner trauma and relational recovery through advanced APSATS training. In addition, I plan to pursue certification in women’s hormone health, because our stress, trauma, and environment don’t just affect how we feel — they affect how our bodies function.
I didn’t come to this work by chance.
There was a time when everything I relied on collapsed. I found myself navigating betrayal, bone-deep exhaustion, and the deafening silence that often follows trauma. I searched for help but couldn’t find anyone who truly understood. So I built my own path — slowly, painfully, and in the beginning without a guide.
Today, I offer the kind of support I wish had existed right from the start: grounded in evidence-based coaching, shaped by lived experience, and held with care.
My Approach
I coach with a gentle, unrushed presence that allows people to exhale and show up exactly as they are.
But I also believe in progress.
Healing isn’t just about feeling better — it’s about becoming. And becoming often asks us to sit with discomfort.
I won’t gloss over that truth.
And I won’t abandon you in it.
I walk beside you through the hard moments — holding space, offering perspective, and helping you move forward. Even if it’s just one breath, one boundary, or one brave choice at a time.
Who I Work With
My practice is focused on women navigating unexpected, identity-shifting life changes — the kind that make you question everything you thought was solid:
• When motherhood does not feel like you expected
• When people-pleasing starts to unravel
• When relationships no longer resemble the story you believed in
You do not need a polished version of your story — only a willingness to begin. I will meet you there.
What Clients Say
Clients often say being with me feels like resting into a soft pillow, safe, grounded, and deeply seen. I have had the privilege of witnessing beautiful vulnerability and the release of long-held, unspoken grief.
I feel honored every time someone says, “I have never said that out loud to anybody before.” It’s often the beginning of finding their voice again.
My goal is to be a steady, grounded presence where healing feels possible, even in the middle of uncertainty.
A Bit About Me
I have been married for over a decade, though our relationship today looks nothing like the version we once imagined. It is no longer based on perfection or fantasy. Instead, it is built on presence, honesty, and the daily choice to keep showing up — even when it is hard. What we have now is real, and real is what lasts.
I am also a mom to a creative and emotionally attuned son, who made me feel like the luckiest person alive just by being born. But his presence also held up a mirror. I realized I was not okay — not really. I still carried wounds I had not yet faced. I learned that it is not enough to say, “I will not be like my parents.” I had to do the deeper work of healing the generational patterns I once mistook for my personality. That work continues to shape me, both as a coach and as a person.
Our home is full of character. We share it with a gentle Irish Wolfhound who believes she is human and a cat who believes he is an Irish Wolfhound.
When I am not coaching, I am usually building, crocheting, or restoring something that needs care. Maybe that is the heart of what I do in coaching — helping women rebuild what was never meant to be broken.
